Individuals are afforded a stable lifestyle at Rose Haven by “universal” caregivers. A “universal” is a staff member who provides all of the services required by a guest. The services include personal care, housekeeping, laundry and activities. The caregiver contributes to a sense of continuity, compassion and companionship.

We believe in family involvement and strive to support the family as well as the resident. Prior to coming to Rose Haven, a qualified staff member will complete a pre-admission assessment.
